  • I retain any and all copyrights to my art.

  • I retain the right to use original art on any platform to promote myself.

  • I retain the right to post or not the art in my gallery.

  • I retain the right to refuse any commission request for my reasons.

  • I will not send you the PSD file.

  • I will not start the drawing until receive full payment.

  • Deadline may vary, according to commission type or difficulty.

  • Please be patient and do not rush me. I'm a busy person and always follow the commission list.

  • I will not be responsible if you lose your image. You can ask me and I will send it to you if I have the picture.

  • You are totally aware that you are paying for a digital service, so it's not possible to get a physical item.

  • I don't do refunds unless I can't work on it.

  • Any refund request without my consent, your order will be automatically canceled. I will change or resell the piece as needed.

How commissioning me?

  • You can send me note on FA or dm in any social media.

  • Please write clearly and nice manner.

  • Provide clear and organized references.

  • Be as specific as possible when ordering.

How does it work?

  • After payment your name will be added to my commission list.

  • Modifications will be made in the sketching process. Changes can and should be suggested by the commissioner during the sketching process. After that, only small changes can be made, such as coloring or marking errors. Any major changes will cost an extra value proportional of the changes asked for. Be understanding you are paying for my time and skill.

Commissioner's rights

  • Use an authorized copy for personal use.

  • Print the artwork and claim the rights to your characters, but not the artwork itself.

  • Use art to promote yourself with all credit given to me.

  • If you violate copyright infringement in any way, all rights you had to the drawing will be taken away, which means you will no longer have the right to order a work art from me.

What is considered copyright infringement?

  • Reproducing / using copyrighted art commercially. (It means making money somehow)

  • Receiving credit for creating the artwork.

  • Removing any watermarks / signatures.

  • Change art without my consent.
